What is gelato?
Italian ice cream made from frozen milk, cream, and other ingredients (sometimes including egg yolks).
What is sorbet?
A dessert consisting of frozen fruit juice or flavored water and sugar.
What is the difference between gelato and American ice cream?
Gelato has more density than American ice cream because it contains less butterfat and is more slowly churned, resulting in less trapped air. Due to the density, the flavor of gelato has the potential to be more intense than that of American ice cream. Gelato also has a higher sugar content. Finally, gelato is stored and served at warmer temperatures because the lower fat content and denser consistency would make it too hard to eat otherwise.
How should the drip coffee be served?
In a mug on a lined bread and butter plate. Serve with cream and/or sugar, if requested. If they request cream and/or sugar, provide a desert spoon.
What is a cappuccino?

What is a caffé latte (latte)?

What is espresso?
A concentrated coffee drink that is brewed by forcing hot water under pressure through a specially prepared, finely ground coffee. It has a thicker consistency and the pressure-brewing process captures more caffeine and flavors than regular drip coffee.

What is a latte macchiato?
