Cecchi Chianti Classico
Needs a bit or air to open up, but once it does it presents with a very pleasant aroma of violets, blackberries and red berry fruits. The wine tastes delicious with those signature Sangiovese sour fruit flavors and a bit of a rustic quality to it, yet it still comes across as extremely smooth. The savory fruit flavors lead into a long, dry finish.
Dell’ Ornellaia Le Volte Super Tuscan
A rich hue boasts a bouquet that is generously fruity and subtly spiced. The elegant, silky smooth tannins are immediately impressive and beautifully complemented by a vibrant, refreshing acidity.
Gianni Gagliardo Dolcetto d’Alba

Damilano Nebbiolo d’Alba

Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec
Deep-red, garnet color with intense and bright hues. Complex and intense aromas given by bursts of red fruits such as cherry and rose hip, followed by elegant notes of lavender with toasted-tobacco aroma hints. A strong introduction on the palate, with all the smoothness of juicy fruits, is combined with structuring and mature tannins. A dominant acidity develops into a remarkably, long persistency.
Kunde Merlot
Aromas of strawberry preserves are complimented by velvety textured flavors of black cherries and strawberry glaze. Silky texture complimented by rich fruits carried across the palate with big, dusty tannins.
EOS Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of blackberry, currant and pipe tobacco. Abundant with fruit and well-integrated tannins.
Skyfall Cabernet Sauvignon
Inviting aromas of boysenberry, vanilla and dark chocolate swirl in the glass. Rich flavors of ripe black cherry coupled with creme brulee sugar crust and butterscotch weave through the palate. Balanced acidity and polished tannins on the finish.
Fortnight Cabernet Sauvignon
Focused and deep, offering an array of licorice, blueberry, vanilla and currant that intermingles with a variety of spices such as mint and sage. Flavors of black fruits and cassis wound beautifully together with black cherry, dark chocolate and espresso. A nicely structured mid palate leads to a supple and sleek finish.
Why is red wine red?
Its color can be derived from a vast assortment of grape varietals ranging from grapes that are reddish, deep purple and even blue. The secret of the color lies in the grape skins. The skins are in contact with the grape’s juice during the fermentation process, allowing for the dispersion of both color and tannins. The hue depends on the type of the grape and how long the skins have been in contact with the juice.
