Endoscopy and biopsy
CT/MRI for staging
PET to identify any mets

What is treatment for small intestine carcinomas?
A
Surgery and ECF chemo regimen if resectable

What is an ECF regimen
A
Chemotherapy using the 3 drugs:
Epirubicin
Cisplatin
Fluorouracil
3-8 cycles of treatment
Each round lasts 3 weeks
