Q

Weaknesses

A

Freud’s ideas about dreaming couldn’t be easily tested so cannot be shown to be true or false. This is a WEAKNESS.
The ideas, such as the unconscious or dreamwork cannot be measured objectively, therefore his theory is unscientific.
Case Studies such as Little Hans showed that each analysis was unique to the individual. This meant results cannot be applied to the wider population
