Nacroplexy can make you incredibly tired and cause you to fall asleep at random times. It can also cause you to during times of emotional stress have complete loss of muscle tone (think of the fainting goats). What is this called?
To diagnose, first an adequate history is taken and a overnight PSG (sleep tracker) and then multiple sleep latency test which will demonstrate what about the sleep pattern?
