Another skill of an effective team member is being calm and patient. Good team members are able to accept or tolerate delays, problems or annoyances without being frustrated or anxious.
Willingness to Learn and Develop
Another skill of an effective team member is being willing to learn and develop. Good team members will be willing to take on additional responsibilities or leadership tasks and even to learn new skills and develop expertise from other team members.
