Patient
One skill/quality that a Senior Administrative Assistant should have is patience. Patience is the ability to remain calm, even after a long wait or when dealing with something difficult or slow. Patience involves acceptance and tolerance.
Target Setting
One skill/quality that a Senior Administrative Assistant should have is being able to set targets. Target setting is the ability to set themselves and subordinates goals/objectives. This allows all efforts to be channelled towards the achievement of these.
