Describe, and give an example of intrinsic feedback, justifying why intrinsic feedback would be suitable for the situation
Intrinsic feedback is continuous feedback that comes from within the performer.
e.g. a swimmer diving off the blocks can fell if their legs were straight and in the right position.
Intrinsic feedback would be useful for an autonomous learner as they can correct movements immediately and doesn’t have to rely on others. It wouldn’t be useful for cognitive learners as they aren’t able to interpret the information from their body and don’t know what it right and wrong.
