* If used a nasal spray – nasal irritation and possible rebound congestion with prolonged use.

1st Gen: Sedation, CNS depression with excessive dosing
2nd Gen: Less sedating.
Both Generations: Anticholinergic effects (drying of mouth, blurred vision, urinary hesitancy/retention), N & V, paradoxical excitement in children
