Sexism- females may be excluded from the full participation in society do to jobs or traditional views.

Social workers want to ensure equality for everyone and support policies that allow for this.
What is Anti oppressive practice (AOP)
looks at the use and abuse of power and seeks to understand social structure and creation of oppression of those who don’t fit in the dominant group
