-Anonymous: encourages the reporting of incidents while maintaining anonymity
-Informal: direct approach (confront the harasser in person, email, text), third party (ask someone else to confront harasser), chain of command (report the behavior to your immediate supervisor)
-Formal: files in writing using DA Form 7279, commander is notified
