What are serviced apartments?
These are apartment units furnished like a normal home but with hotel-style services provided. Each apartment has a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and one or two bedrooms and bathrooms.
What do serviced apartment units come with?
Household electrical appliances such as washing machines, irons and microwave ovens. They also have many of the facilities provided by hotels.
Why may business travellers and guests prefer to stay in serviced apartments.
This is because serviced apartments offer more space and convenience for people travelling together with family members. It can be cheaper to stay at serviced apartments than at hotels with similar levels of service and comfort if guests are staying for a longer period.
