unstructured interviews
are like a conversation with a general aim.

strengths of questionnaires
Cost effective
Gether a large amount of data quickly
Can be completed without the researcher present
Statistical analysis allows for comparisons between groups using graphs and charts
Straightforward to analyse
limitations of questionnaires
People aren’t always truthful → demand characteristics → social desirability bias
Response bias
Acquiescence bias
