how did the role of priest change after Sumerian kings became more powerful
they still continued to have power but they weren’t the biggest ruler anymore, but the kings did know they had t respect the priest because the Sumerians believed kings were chosen by priest, if they didn’t respect the priest could change the empires though of the king.
