Q

What happens if you put a current carrying wire into a magnetic field? And why.

A

As two magnetic fields affect one another the current carrying wire will experience a force which can cause the wire to move.

This is due to the charged particles Macintosh through a magnetic field will experience a force. As long as they don’t move parallel to field lines.
