A

We start with a bed of rice grits. This is followed by four pan seared diver scallops cooked to medium and 5 ounces of our braised oxtail that has been braised for 24 hours making it fall off the bone tender. This will be finished with Dragon Chilis, Brioche Croutons, and garnished with Kafir lime leaf.
