Proclamation on Ending Discriminatory Bans on Entry to the US. Proclamation lifts certain restrictions on immigrant visas for nationals of Burma, Eritrea, Iran, Venezuela, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, N.K, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, and Yemen.

exec orders to reintroduce DACA and DAPA and ended the Muslim ban, brought in by Trump.

he also reversed a Trump exec order that meant the Census wouldn’t include illegal immigrants (done every 10 years) - he argued they should take two censuses because he didn’t want immigrants to impact electoral boundaries = this benefits Republicans. Statisticians KNEW that whilst it was politically advantageous, it was impossible to accurately count the way in which Trump requested.
