B - failures + successes

A

:) Covid-19 relief package of $1.9 trillion - stimulus package was one of the largest measures in US history, and was widely approved by the public.

:( Voting Rights has been a significant failure with the John Lewis Voting Rights Act failing in 2022 because of Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin - the bill died and there’s still a fight for strengthened voting rights.
