Afghanistan withdrawal
Aug 2021 - Biden fulfilled the Doha Agreement signed between Trump and the Taliban which provided for the withdrawal of all foreign forces from Afghanistan in return for a Taliban pledge to prevent Al Qaeda from operating in areas under Taliban control.
13 US service members were killed in Afghanistan bombing at the airport by a suicide bomber - Lauren Boebert.
Biden’s approval rating dropped by 7% and hit its lowest level (since his presidency began) over this.
