Risk factors of sarcodosis?
African american woman
Genetic family have it

What happens during sarcodosis?
Normally hillary lymph nodes by lungs are affected. so when the immune response keeps happening the macrophages + T cells join and form a granuloma. The granuloma are non ceasating ( means no necrosis at centre unlike tuberclosis)
Also macrophages can join and form a cell called langhan giant cells.
These cells contain schaumann bodies + asteroid bodies.
Complications of sarcodosis?
