A

Clinical presentations + spirometry

Severity is graded by FEV1

Chest X-RAY

Long term managment of COPD?

A

Patients should have pneumococcal and annual flue vaccines

Short term bronchodilators (beta2 antagonist)

What results will show copd?

A

If someones FEV1/FEVc < 70% it means they have COPD

Also there total lung capacity will be high.
