HEAVY-entanglement/entrapment due to avalanche is real possibility. Unusual fire spread and structural damage due to contents absorbing water expected. CO and smoke detectors likely not present. Utilities likely disconnected and alternate fuel source for heat/cooking expected.

Medium- primary searches possible but delayed, secondary will be delayed
Heavy- primary and secondary will be severely delayed and may require extraordinary measures

NO, biological only give notification when there is symptoms
An injury or exposure report must be submitted or initialed within how many days?
7 days
For a biological exposure, the officer has 7 days to submit the info into CIRS.
