4- a ff took a self mutual off on dec 1 2018. As of January 2 2019 they still owe it. How many self Mutuals can they take in 2019?
5- how many smx can a ff bank?

2-4 smx a year
3– 90 days
4- smx not paid back by dec 31 will carry over to the next year and count as a smx for that next year.  So the answer is 3
5- 2
