A

Give LA, access cavity and remove contents of pulp chamber
Irrigate and identify root canal system (maxilla 3; mandible 2)
If bleeding arrest with ferric sulphate
Place ZOE cement in pulp chamber After CaOH or MTA on pulp floor
Then PMC

What is the process of non vital deciduous pulp therapy/.

A

Cut access cavity and remove chamber of pulp
Irrigate and if possible irrigate canals with LA
Dry chamber and place CaOH in coronal section or pain mix ZOE
Back fill with ZOE and place PMC

If remains symptomatic at 3 months - XLA
