1 List the technical services provided by the Explosive Technology Branch (ETB)

Inv reports missing, narrative not complete or contains gaps in technical infor, no clear request for services, report doesn’t include dialogue with suspect regarding the device, especially important for combination of parts charges, no mention of collateral request or investigations, other helpful info not provided, bomb squad reports incuding RSP and disassembly procedures uses, other forensic reports, sketches and drawing, photo, ID illegal explosives devices and fireworks, or firecrackers
3 Explain how the ETB makes determinations about suspected improvised explosive devices, illegal explosive devices, incendiary devices or unassembled components.

4 Describe the procedure for obtaining inert explosive props.
- Call EEB to determine availability
- Make request 2 weeks in advance
- Items must be returned to NCERT within 30 days
- Cannot be held as evidence
- Any evidentiary photos cannot have the lot # or other identifying data visible.
5 Explain the current policy and procedures regarding court mock-up IEDs.

4 disassembles or renders safe explosive incendiary devices
5 Provides technical ass to ATF inv on the classification of industrial explosive devices tools
6 direst support to SA during the UC purchase of Tittle II weapons (DD)
7 Provides support to other Fed LEO agencies
