If the free throw is good, count it and move on. If it is missed, then call the violation and re-shoot the free throw. 9.2.3.b pg 80

This is a double violation. Possession arrow if there are no more shots. Cancel the first shot and shoot the second if there are more shots to follow. 9.2.4. pg 80

What are the restrictions for the 8 non jumpers during a jump ball?

A

Once the official is ready to make the toss, they may not move into the center circle, or change positions until the ball has left the official’s hand. They may also not break the plane of the circle until the ball has been touched, or take a position in any occupied space. They may not occupy adjacent spaces around the circle when an opponent wants one of those positions.
