56 (1): Exceeds 400mcg per Ltr

56 (1A): Exceeds 250mg

What are the Blood and Alcohol limits under what section of the Land Transport Act:
Section 56 (2): 80mg of Alcohol per 100ml of blood - 3 Months/4500 or DQ Six months
Section 56 (2A): 50mg per 100ml of blood - $200 Fine
Explain section 58 of the Land Transport Act:
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs without being able to properly control cars

What are the procedures in the event of a driver refusing or failing to provide a breath or blood alcohol sample:
If they refuse to provide a breath test, I can offer blood. If they refuse a blood test I can arrest them under section 120 of the LTA
I can also suspend license for 28 days
What are the procedures relating to the “10 Minute” period in EBA Testing
Once a person receives an EBT result, they are given 10 mins to decide wether they want to do a blood sample.
Police should count 12Mins to be sure
