How should an RICS firm manage disputes?

Answer 1

1. Goes to Business Unit Head (3 days to provide holding response/10 days to provide a response)
2. Goes to managing partner (14 days to respond)
3. TPO - The Property Ombudsman
   or
   PRS - Property redress scheme (Both for consumers)

If the complainant was a larger client, they would look to go down another route, I.e. Arbitration
