Q

Talk me through your Comparable evidence example

A

Acquiring an industrial unit in High Wycombe. Did a comparable evidence search using an internal database search and online searches for comps. I checked the values with local agents to confirm the data was correct. Collated it within an excel spreadsheet and saved the details within the cluttons property file where my colleagues with the necessary access rights could also view the details if necessary.
