Describe the clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis
multisystem, fatigue, fever, weight loss, dry cough… liver, spleen, peripheral lymph nodes, skin, eyes hear, CNS all involved.
What is the skin condition that may be associated with sarcoidosis?
erythema nodosum - inflammation of the subcutaneous fat
daily/evening fevers, persistent synovitis >/= 1 joint, macular, salmon-pink rash on trunk and proximal extremities that also appears with stroking of the skin
