2. vesicles clear spontaneously, irregular linearly distributed verrucous lesions on ext/hands/feet
3. thin bands of brown, bluish-gray picgmentation that darken before slowly fading in adolescents
4. streaks of atrophy and hypopigmentation
What is the thought of how gastroschisis is caused?
vascular accident involving the right umbilical vein or right omphalomesenteric artery
when do you need 2 vs 3 doses of HPV vaccine?
If 1st dose is administered <15 yo, you only need 2 doses. If the 1st dose is >15 yo, then 3 doses.
