IF Wheezing or HX of Asthma/COPD..

• Administer Breathing TX
• Obtain IV Access
• Solumedrol 2mg/kg (125mg Max)

Question 3

If in Severe Respiratory Distress or No Clinical Improvement is seen..

Answer 3

• Mag Slow Drip 2g
• CPAP w/ Albuterol inline

Consider 1:1 IM Epi if Impending Respiratory Failure is Foreseen
