- Assess all VS
- Rule out D/D
- Quick Physical Assessment
- Obtain IV

TX
A
- 20 mL/kg NS/LR fluid bolus (max 1 L)
*May repeat fluid bolus - 0.15 mg/kg Zofran (4mg MAX)
*Do not give if age <3 mos
*May repeat 1x in 15min - 0.2mg/kg Ketamine SIVP (20mg MAX); Can repeat 1x in 10min
