  • 5mg/kg, 300mg max Amio (VF/VT)
  • Consider & TX Underlying Causes (Narcan, Calcium, Mag)
  • Change Pad positioning after 3 shocks

A
  • Confirm Pulse
  • Continue to Ventilate (10 bpm) w/ High Flow O2, Keep ETCO2 >20
  • Obtain 12 Lead ekg
  • Reassess Airway & Pulse when loaded for transport
  • Obtain Peripheral IV Access
  • Prepare Push Dose Epi
  • Titrate Fluid & Pressors for SBP of 90-100
