• 5mg/kg, 300mg max Amio (VF/VT)
• Consider & TX Underlying Causes (Narcan, Calcium, Mag)
• Change Pad positioning after 3 shocks

• Advanced airway
• 2nd Epi dose
• 2nd Amio dose
• Consider different Airway strategy if ETCO2 <10
• Consider Transport if Refractory VF/VT after 3 shocks administered

• Continue to Ventilate (10 bpm) w/ High Flow O2, Keep ETCO2 >20
• Obtain 12 Lead ekg
• Reassess Airway & Pulse when loaded for transport
• Obtain Peripheral IV Access
• Prepare Push Dose Epi
• Titrate Fluid & Pressors for SBP of 90-100
