- 5mg/kg, 300mg max Amio (VF/VT)
- Consider & TX Underlying Causes (Narcan, Calcium, Mag)
- Change Pad positioning after 3 shocks

- 2nd Epi dose
- 2nd Amio dose
- Consider different Airway strategy if ETCO2 <10
- Consider Transport if Refractory VF/VT after 3 shocks administered

ROSC Protocol
A
- Confirm Pulse
- Continue to Ventilate (10 bpm) w/ High Flow O2, Keep ETCO2 >20
- Obtain 12 Lead ekg
- Reassess Airway & Pulse when loaded for transport
- Obtain Peripheral IV Access
- Prepare Push Dose Epi
- Titrate Fluid & Pressors for SBP of 90-100
