- Arizona Department of Child Safety 1-888-767-2445
- Adult Protective Services Central Intake Unit 1-877-767-2385
Inform Hospital Staff that proper Authorities have been contacted & will be involved

A
Refer to indicated AG or BLS Transport Threshold AG
Transport to appropriate Facility
