- Imminent Delivery
- Preeclampsia/Eclampsia
- Postpartum Bleeding
- Placenta Previa
- Placental Abruption
- Uterine Rupture
- Spontaneous abortion
- Ectopic pregnancy

If Seizure Occurred..
A
- Place in left lateral decubitus Position
- O2 via NRB (escalate airway management as needed)
- Administer Mag Drip (5g in 100mL
NS) over 15 minutes

Actively Seizing or had Seizure longer than 5 min..
A
- Place in left lateral decubitus Position
- O2 via NRB (escalate airway management as needed)
- Midazolam 10mg IM

Actions after Seizure is managed & Initially addressing any other Complaint..
A
- 1st Assess FSBG
- Provide Supplemental O2 alongside Pulse Ox
- Place in left lateral decubitus (Shock/Orthostasis)
- Consider IV/IO & Cardiac monitor
- Administer 20 mL/kg NS/LR fluid bolus as needed
- Consider other AG’s (GI/Nausea, Hypoglycemia, Shock)
- Ongoing Monitoring & Reassessment of VS
- Transport to Appropriate Facility
