Whats the female part of a flower?
The female parts are called the carpel. This consists of the stigma style and ovary.
How is a seed formed?

2) A pollen tube will then grow down the style and digestive enzymes help break down the ovary walls.
3) Now the pollen will meet with the ovule and fertilization takes place.
4) Ovule then forms the seed. The ovule wall forms the seed coat, and the ovary wall forms the fruit.
