Use saline and gauze square if necessary
Irrigate socket with saline

Repositiioning of hard and soft tissues (make sure it fits right) - splint - antibtics - tetanus status
What splint to use for avulsed teeth?
Fibre splint
- optibond, NO RESIN! Fibre splint strait on and cure
Suture splint if nothing else
Orthodontic brackets
Titanium trauma splint (flexible but expensive)
How is ledermix delivered through the tooth?
Can diffuse through dentinal tubules through to the outside and has anticlastic effects.
Besides lefermix, what else can be used to prevent root resorption?
Calcitonin
Odontopaste (triamcinolone and clindamycin), however, no studies to prove effectiveness
