A
1) Perio-osteotomy
- > Bone removeed to create sufficient margins around tooth. Place post and bbuild up tooth accordingly.
2) Orthodontic extrusion
- > Can be used to move root to a mmorre favourable possition.

What is emdogain and what are its applications in dentistry?
A
Its an enamal matrix derivative used to stimmulate PDL cells to proliferate over root surrface and cementum and also to produce an attacment between PDL fibres and bone.
Useful in replantation.
However, ineffective when a tooth has been out of an ideal environment for a long time.
