Proteinuria >3.5 g/day, hypoalbuminemia (pitting edema), hypogammaglobulinemia (increased risk of infection), hypercoaguable state (due to loss of antithrombin III), hyperlipidemia/hypercholesterolemia (liver compensating for thinning blood, may result in fatty casts in urine)
