(there’s a bill going through NYS legislation now to make it legal so I don’t think this is testable material at all)

They have to be registered in NYS as a non-resident establishment

Provide pharmaceutical services and develop/implement policies and procedures that assure the accurate acquisition, receipt, dispensing, and administering of all drugs and biologicals required to meet the needs of each resident

Does the pharmacist at an out-of-state pharmacy need to have an in-state license?

No, they only need an “out of state” agent in NYS who’s not necessarily a pharmacist
