Any prescriber who is allowed to prescribe meds can dispense them
What can registered professional nurses do in a medical office?
Possess and administer drugs and devices pursuant to a non-specific patient specific regimen prescribed by a licensed physician or NP
Restrictions on drug samples in medical offices
Prescription drug samples can only be distributed to licensed practitioners or to pharmacies inside hospitals or other healthcare entities upon the written request of a licensed practitioner
What pharmacies are NOT allowed to give out drug samples?

I think they can? (BPI supplies a local eye office Avastin regularly)
The medical offices can’t use them to compound, dispense, sell them, wholesale it, or manufacture with
