They can prescribe controlled substances and the order can be executed before the physician countersigns it. The physician has 24 hours to countersign the order

They need a collaborative relationship, but they don’t need a countersignature
Midwives need what in order to practice?
They can only prescribe if they’re in a collaborative agreement with an OBGYN
