One who accepts and assist in the spreading of doctrine.

Protestant faith. American version of Anglicanism.
Heathen
An unconverted member of a people or nation that does not acknowledge God.
Hinduism
Polytheistic religion of India that created the caste system.
Infidel
An unbeliever in respect to particular religion.
Islam
Based on the teachings of Mohammed, which worships Allah in the cities of Mecca and Medina.
John Calvin
Founder of Calvinism, which believes in predestination.
Judaism
Based on the Torah and worships Yahweh.
Koran/Quran
Holy book of Islam
Martin Luther
Founder of Lutheran faith. Posted the 95 Theses on a door in Wittenberg, Germany.
Pagan
A follower of a polytheistic religion.
Pagoda
A tower in a Far Eastern temple
Pariah
Outcasts or “untouchables” of the lowest Hindu castes.
Predestination
The belief that people who reach Heaven are chosen before birth.
Presbyterianism
Scotland’s Protestant faith.
Proselytize
To attempt to convert others to a faith or religion.
Shintoism
Japanese religion that centers on nature and ancestors
Daoism
Chinese religion focused on immortality and harmony. Founded by Laozi.
Apostate
One who abandons his religious loyalty
