What is test re-test ? And what does it measure ?
Do the same test twice
Measures the external reliability of the test
What is the split half method ?
What does it measure ?
Compare one half of the results. Woth the other half - should get roughly the same.
It measures the behaviours they have observed
What is external reliability?
The extent to which one measure of behaviour matches another measure of the same behaviour
What is inter-rater reliability?
Used in observations where two people measure the same behaviour as each other and then they check weather there is a correlation between the behaviours they have observed
What is internal reliability?
Is every question on the test measuring the same thing. By this we mean are all the questions measuring the participants personality
What is the definition of reliability?
Weather or not something is consistent
