What is the meaning of A Priori?
A Priori is the knowledge gained through reason and logic.
What is the meaning of A Posteriori ?
A Posteriori is the knowledge based of experience.
What is the meaning of Empiricism ?
Empiricism is the knowledge based on experience derived from senses.
What is the meaning of Inductive ?
Inductive is an argument where the conclusion is probable.
What does Design Argument mean ?
Design argument is an argument based on the existence of God.
What is the meaning of Deductive ?
Deductive is an argument where conclusion is necessary.
What does a Technological Argument seek to find out ?
A Technological Argument seeks to prove the existence of God of classical theism by looking at things in universe and trying to show that these things have been designed for some reason or purpose.
What is the meaning of Theism?
Theism is the belief in existence of God or God’s specifically of a creator who intervenes in the universe.
How does the Technological Argument work ?
The Technological Argument is backwards looking that starts from the start from the results and tries to workout what causes the result.
What Scholars believed that God has designed of the universe ?
Plato, Cicero, Saint Thomas Aquinas, Sir William Paley, F.R. Tennant , Richard Swinburne, Paul Davies and Michael Behe.
What did St Aquinas believe in ?
St Aquinas believed in that the design argument has 2 main parts.
-Design que regularity[Design relating to regularity in the universe]
-Design que purpose[Design relating to purpose in the universe]

What is “Design que regularity”?
“Design que regularity”[Design relating to regularity] is looking at design in relation to order and regularity in our universe.
Some people believe that the order of regularity is evident in the Universe as evidence of a designer at work. [Its not by chance]
What was St Thomas Aquinas’s Analogy ?
St Thomas Aquinas’s Analogy is that “As an arrow reaches it’s target directed because it is directed by an archer, what lacks intelligence achieves goals by being directed by something intelligent”.
Therefore there must be some intelligent being exist whom all natural things are directed to their end; and this being we call God.
What did St Thomas Aquinas discover ?
St Thomas Aquinas discovered that “the way in which natural bodies act in a regular fashion to accomplish their end provides the evidence for the existence of an intelligent being”.
