furious: aggresive, anxious, seizures, paralysis

if a dog or cat is NOT VACCINATED for rabies and they are exposed, what is the course of action?
euthanasia, OR quarantine for 4 months and vaccinate at entry to quarantine (6 months for ferrets)

booster vaccine and 45 day observation period
