CD4 & Th1 cells:

1.Activate B cells
B cells produce RF, which inc inflam and inc CRP

  1. Activates monocytes, macrophages & synovial fibroblasts

Secrete TNF-a, IL-1, IL-6

Inc angiogensis in synovium
Inc inflam cell recruitment
Osteoclast activation
