Order for traction saber straps
Place splint medially
Length splint 4 inches past heel
Secure thigh strap
Wrap ankle harness above and secure below
Release and lock splint
Secure straps at thigh, lower thigh, knee, and lower leg
Strap ankles and feet together

C-spine wouldn’t really be used
Just mainly RTA and simple triage assessments (which should take about 30 seconds)
How much blood the bones have?
Tib-Fib Fracture would cause 1 pint of blood loss 500cc
Femur Fracture would create 2 pints of blood loss 1000cc
Pelvis Fracture would create 3-4 pints of blood loss 1500-2000cc
