Ruling: A 1/10 @ A-25. 25, Ready. DB UNS causes the clock to stop. Team A will take the 10 second runoff and the clock will start on the ready for play. Team A does not have to run a play.
A 3/10 @ A-30. 13:50 in the 2nd Quarter. QB A7 in a passing posture from the A-25 completes a backwards pass to A88 who catches the ball at the A-24 and runs out of bounds at the B-45. B33 unabated hit A7 forcibly in the knee area as he threw the ball
Ruling: A 1/10 @ B-30. Ready, 25. Enforce RPS from the end of the last run.
A 3/10 @ A-30. 13:50 in the 2nd Quarter. QB A7 in a passing posture from the A-25 completes a backwards pass to A88 who catches the ball at the A-24 and runs out of bounds at the B-45. B33 hit A7 in the chest right after he releases the ball and forcibly drives him into the ground.
Ruling: A 1/10 @ B-45. Running, 40. No foul for RPS since it was a backwards pass. Could evaluate as a personal foul UNR
A 4/10 @ A-40. In scrimmage kick formation punter A18 is lined up on the edge of the tackle box with A66 and A88 in front of him (not in the line from the snapper to the punter). A18 receives the snap and takes a step outside the tackle box when B99 leaps from inside the tackle box directly above the frame of A88 to try and block the punt. The punt, untouched, rolls out of bounds at the B-20.
Ruling: A 1/10 @ B-45. Snap, 25. This is a foul for leaping because the leaper is inside the tackle box.
A 1/10 @ B-40. After a Team B interception, which is returned to the A-10, Team B coaches and substitutes are in the white outside the coaches’ box and the LJ drops his flag for a sideline interference/game administration infraction. Team B fouled earlier in the game for an UNS when the Side Judge physically ran into an assistant coach in the white outside of the Coaches’ box
Ruling: B 1/10 @ A-15. Snap, 25. No warning, this would be classified as the second infraction, penalize Team B 5 yards from succeeding spot
A 1/10 @ B-40. A33 takes the handoff and runs to his right. Lead blocker A88 is at the B-41 when DB B22 blocks low trying to disrupt the play. A33 runs for a touchdown.
Ruling: Touchdown Team A. Enforce BBW on the try, succeeding kickoff or spot at A’s option
A 4/Goal @ B-1. The score is Team A 27 - B 21. 0:05 on the clock. A33 takes the handoff and scores as time expires in the 4th quarter. Replay has IVE that the runner scored with 0:02 left on the game clock.
Ruling: Game over. In 4th quarter only, for REPLAY to restore time score differential must be 10 points or less accounting for the scenario if B were to score on try and kickoff
