Because this play occurred after the Two-Minute Timeout, this foul comes under the 10-second runoff rule (Rule 3-4-4). The GC will start on the ready for play due to the :10 second runoff.
1/10 @ A-30. Early in the 4th quarter, back A22 takes a handoff and runs for a 35-yard gain and is down inbounds. During the play, A80 is guilty of holding at the A-35, and B74’s helmet comes completely off (not as a direct result of a foul). Play clock?

A 4/8 @ B-40. Team A’s FG attempt is blocked by B99 at the B-41. B4 jumps at the B-38 and grabs the ball in mid-air. Just as B4 is returning to the ground, the ball is hit by the helmet of a teammate and becomes loose. A42 scoops up the loose ball at the B-39 and runs to the B-32.
RULING: A 1/10 B39 Snap
A 4/13 @ B-28. Score is A-14, B-23 with 1:58 in the 4th Q (after the Two-Minute Timeout). Team A has two timeouts remaining. At the snap, B98 grabs tackle A70 and pulls him to the left allowing B55 to run through the gap. B55 tries to block the field goal attempt, but the kicked ball
travels through the uprights.
RULING: Defensive holding. Team A’s choice… A 1st/10 at the B-18, snap (field goal points negated, automatic first down) -OR- A free kick at the A-35, f/k rules (field goal good, penalty declined).
A, 2/5 @ B-30. A4’s pass is intercepted by B16 at the B-3, and his momentum carries him into B’s end zone. B16 runs around in the end zone, then is hit and fumbles. The ball rolls out of bounds at the B-2. There are no fouls on the play.
RULING: B, 1/10 @ B-3, Snap 25. The fumble went forward and out of bounds between the goal lines.
The ball is returned to the spot of the fumble. (7-2-4-b-1). The momentum exception applies
A 4/9 @ A-41. Punter A99 is in punt formation and muffs the snap and the ball is rolling on the ground at the A-32. To keep Team B from recovering he kicks the ball at the A-32 while the ball is on the ground, and it subsequently goes out of bounds at the A-24.
RULING: B 1/10 A-22. Snap 25.
A 3/12 @ B-22. Ball snapped at right hash. Slot receiver A87 makes a move towards left sideline and gets grabbed at the waist by B32 at his break, before ball is thrown by QB. Ball is then thrown to A87 and falls incomplete at the B-8.
RULING: A1/10 @ B 12. Right hash
A 3/2 @ B-2. 4th quarter 1:25 on game clock. Timeouts: Team A-2 Team B-3. QBA9 scrambles and as he approaches Goal line, leaps in the air to attempt to score. He subsequently gets flipped in the air and lands in the end zone. Ruling on the field is a Touchdown. After the score, QB A9 momentarily lays on the field injured and officials call an injury timeout. Team A wants to go for two on the PAT. Replay stops the play to review score. After Review, replay determines that during flip, the ball never breaks the plane of the goal line before QB head hits the ground and therefore is down inside 1 yard
line.
RULING: A 4/G @ B1 Ready. No 10 second runoff as there was another reason to stop the clock.
(Injury). #9 cannot return due to injury.
